Job Description

Develop & implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets in the QSR and HORECA channels. Identify and build strong B2B relationships with hotels, cafés, restaurant chains, caterers, corporate canteens, and institutional buyers. Drive lead generation through networking, cold calling, industry referrals, and participation in key F&B expos and trade events. Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, menu rollouts, and product launches. Analyze industry and market trends to identify sales opportunities and gaps for expansion. Regularly prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior leadership. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close profitable, long-term deals. Represent the QSR brand at industry events, tastings, expos, and trade shows to enhance visibility and partnerships. Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
