Location: Hubballi-Dharwad (100% local candidates preferred)

Experience: 0–4 years preferred; fresher’s welcome

Vehicle: Personal two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive in Hubballi-Dharwad. This role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting offerings, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote properties through branding and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Support team goals and participate in performance reviews
• Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA preferred)
• 0–4 years of experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
