Job Description

Please note this is a fresher/entry-level position, suitable for ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge or someone having at-least Fresher to 1 years of Back-End Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-End profile experience with Basic Computer Knowledge. He/she should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales operations. Experience: Fresher to 1 years of Back-End Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-End Profile experience. Educational Qualification: Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge. Required Skills: Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE, especially Excel or Advanced Excel). Gender: Male/Female (anyone can apply). Job Role & Responsibilities: Take care of Shipments for all new orders received. B2C, B2B, Store Customer Handling. Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking IDs & invoices to B2B Customers. Tracking High Value Customer. Reviewing pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Stock-In process of pending SKUs. Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) – adding new Customer data in the file. Provide a first response on time to the customer by mail and WhatsApp. Create a quotation, Share with the customer, and track all till conversion. Salary In-hand INR 11,500/- to INR 15,000/- per month based on your skills.
