Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, pricing, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and repeat customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper documentation for each sale.
• Coordinate with the delivery and registration team for smooth vehicle handover.
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and field visits when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers for future sales and referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
• Local language (Odia) speaking is a plus.

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
