Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (CRE) to join our automobile dealership team in Angul, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or service center.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle-related services and processes.
• Manage customer follow-ups, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and a customer-friendly environment.
• Promote after-sales services, accessories, and AMC packages.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Odia & Hindi preferred; basic English desirable).
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
• Pleasant personality and presentable appearance.

Education:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or any bachelor's degree preferred).
