Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader or manager. Handle customer objections effectively and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback for improving sales strategies. Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. Desirable Qualities:Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Fluency in multiple languages can be an advantage depending on the region. Work Environment:Office-based or remote depending on the company. May require flexible working hours including evenings or weekends depending on target markets.
