Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-driven individuals to join our Sales Team at iLeads, Sector 16, Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients and customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
Present and promote the companys products/services to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing timely and relevant information.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and implement them effectively.
Manage client data and update CRM systems regularly.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 12th Grade pass or equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
A minimum of 6 months prior experience in sales or customer support.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Strong work ethic, motivated, and target-oriented.
