Sales executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a key point of contact between the company and clients, the Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively address customer needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on market strategy and customer feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
