Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through field visits, telecalling, references, and digital platforms. Understand client energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions. Conduct site visits in coordination with technical teams. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial models (ROI, payback). Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure closure of deals. Coordinate with design, execution, and documentation teams. Update CRM/database and submit weekly sales reports. Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events. Graduation in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent. Good communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of solar systems (training provided). Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willing to travel frequently across the region.
