Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients (offices, hotels, restaurants, cafes, corporate canteens, educational institutions) for coffee machine sales.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions (machine selection, coffee bean subscriptions, maintenance packages).
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Knowledge & Reporting:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands for B2B coffee solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation.
  • Seek feedback to continuously improve customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • 2-4 years of proven field sales experience in B2B sales.
  • Preferably in office automation, FMCG, Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café), or equipment sales industry.
  • Experience selling coffee machines or related kitchen/office equipment is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
