Job Description

Sales Generation & Business Development

  • Generate revenue by identifying, engaging, and selling products/services to potential and existing customers.
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Set sales goals and develop actionable sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and execution.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing excellent service.
  • Conduct site visits and closing meetings with prospective clients, including HNIs and investors.
  • Present the companys value proposition and USP in a compelling way.
  • Follow up post-sale to nurture relationships and identify upselling/referral opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and discretion in all client communications.

Sales Process & Deal Closure

  • Own the conversion of qualified leads into bookings and final sales.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and sales teams to align strategies and understand buyer objections.
  • Drive urgency and close deals using offers, timelines, and personalized engagement.
  • Conduct product presentations, prepare and send quotes/proposals, and handle objections effectively.

Communication & Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Answer phones and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Use scripts to contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or in person.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand customer specifications and expectations.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Oversee the transaction management and closing process for property deals.
  • Review and verify contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, including RERA guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, documentation, and finance teams for post-sale processes.

Reporting & CRM

  • Record all sales activities, phone calls, and deals accurately.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Manage and update the customer database and CRM regularly.
  • Use sales management software to track the progress of deals and maintain records.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Recruit, coach, and monitor the performance of sales team members.
  • Mentor on-ground sales executives and support staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales closure strategies with broader business goals.
