Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Star Connect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure successful transactions in the residential and/or commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Identify client requirements and provide suitable property options accordingly.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers and investors.

• Negotiate deals and assist clients through the closing process.

• Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly for new business.

• Collaborate with developers, brokers, and channel partners to expand the network.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.

• Familiarity with the Navi Mumbai real estate market is a plus.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is advantageous.
