Key Responsibilities 1. Support Sales Strategy & Planning : Assist the sales team in planning activities and preparing reports. Help with basic forecasting and research tasks. 2. Sales Process Support : Help document and maintain sales workflows and processes. Support the team in identifying improvement areas. 3. Sales Analytics & Reporting: Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards. Compile data for tracking KPIs and sales trends. 4. CRM Support: Help maintain CRM data integrity. Support updates and basic configurations under supervision. 5. Deal & Documentation Support: Assist in drafting basic deal-related documents. Help track contract progress and compliance checklists. 6. Cross-Functional Coordination : Coordinate with teams like marketing and product for data collection.
