Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities through technical consultations and

proposals

Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility for solar or EV charging installations

Coordinate with clients for detailed site assessments, planning, and execution

Explain product knowledge and technical details of solar PV systems and EV charging stations to

customers

Work closely with the pre-sales and marketing team to ensure lead flow and timely follow-ups

Travel to client sites, sometimes on short notice, for meetings, assessments, and coordination

Ensure timely closure of opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the process Maintain lead records, proposals, and project status using Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or project coordination

Basic Knowledge of solar PV system components and EV chargers.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

Ability to interpret technical drawings, load data, and perform on-site measurements

Proficiency in Excel, proposal documentation, and MS Office tools

Excellent client-handling and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel across locations as per project or customer needs

Preferred:

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical field • Prior experience in EPC sales or infrastructure deployment

Salary - Depends on Qualification and experience.
