Current Openings
We are currently looking to hire Sales Manager (Technical) / Sr. Sales Engineers, Field Engineers to work on large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, including metro systems, airports, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), façades, fabrication, civil engineering, and more.

Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in:

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BE Civil or Mechanical Engineering
MBA graduates (with technical exposure are an added advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver complete business and technical support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project specifications, material negotiations, and pricing for civil and industrial infrastructure projects.- Understand and interpret application drawings, technical specifications, compliance norms, and adapt to varying market needs across India and beyond.- Exhibit strong presentation and communication skills.- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contractors, consultants, and clients based on application requirements.- Manage the full sales cycle, including timely payment collection.- Achieve a minimum of ten new specification approvals annually and contribute to regional business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong passion for sales and the ability to learn quickly
- Willingness to work in the field and constantly upskill- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)- Excellent command of MS Office tools- Self-driven and result-oriented- Skilled in delivering engaging and impactful presentations
