Job Summary:

highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronics manufacturing domain.
  • Drive the sales of capital equipment, including SMT machines, testing instruments, and related electronic manufacturing tools.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical clarifications as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Work closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently with a high-performance attitude.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • 3–10 years of experience in B2B sales of

    capital equipment

    or

    electronic manufacturing machinery

    .
  • Proven sales track record in the electronics manufacturing or industrial equipment domain.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, computer peripherals, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High sales spirit and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with EMS companies or OEMs.
  • Knowledge of SMT assembly, PCB manufacturing processes, or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
