Job Description

Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients, providing information on products and services. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance regarding lab machinery. Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain the sales pipeline. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring revenue goals are met. Support in drafting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain excellent product knowledge of lab machinery, understanding features and technical specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing timely support. Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, and marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales coordination and tele-calling. Ability to explain technical concepts and machinery functions to clients. Focused on sales with a proven track record of meeting monthly sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in B2B sales or lab equipment sales. Technical background in machinery or engineering. Experience in handling sales targets.
