We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage backend sales operations, including customer communication, quotation preparation, and CRM maintenance. You will coordinate closely with technical teams and external agencies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in sales support or business development, strong communication skills, and a passion for structured, process-driven work. Excellent follow-up and documentation abilities are essential. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders placed, and shipment status. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Assist in generating reports for management review and analysis.
