The job responsibilities include:- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and animation team members. Track sales inquiries, leads, and project follow-ups using CRM tools. Prepare and manage proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients. Maintain organized records of communication, contracts, and project documents. Ensure smooth internal communication between creative, marketing, and sales departments. Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in generating weekly and monthly sales reports and analytics. Manage digital assets like showreels, brochures, and case studies for sales use.
