The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Surgical and Pharma products. Your duties will include identifying and approaching potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and contributing to company growth. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be required to drive sales of Surgical and Pharma products within the designated area. You will need to implement sales strategies, supervise and support a team of sales representatives, foster relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies, conduct market research, provide product training and support, monitor competitor activities, and collaborate with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives for Surgical and Pharma products in the South region. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, conducting market analysis, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments, and monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with key skills including Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Executive, B2B Sales Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Pharma Sales, and Surgical. The qualification required is an Other Bachelor Degree. The salary for this position ranges from 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 3 Lac 75 Thousand per annum.
