Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in New Delhi. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, maintaining organized records, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Good Organization Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Knowledge and experience in Aviation is preferred
