Sales and Marketing Manager – Team Leadership Focus Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team progress through regular reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to align with company culture and goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
