Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and well-networked Marketing Manager (preferably MALE) to drive institutional tie-ups and student enrollments. The role involves establishing partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions, and executing outreach activities such as seminars, aptitude tests, and career counseling sessions.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through campus engagement and achieving enrollment targets in coordination with the counseling and admissions teams. This is a field-intensive role, requiring regular travel within the city to represent the brand at fairs, workshops, and student events.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate/postgraduate in Marketing or Business with 3–4 years of experience in educational marketing or institutional sales, preferably from a coaching or ed-tech background. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven mindset is a plus.

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
