Sales Administrator

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities of individual sales team members to ensure adherence to guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Continuously monitor, review and report sales activities and outcomes of individual sales team members against targets.
• Ensure all inbound leads/enquires are promptly allocated and directed to an appropriate team member in sales team.
• Actively monitor Sales Pipeline for individual sales team member and proactively report/highlight potential problems/performance issues.
• Notify and direct individual sales team members, in case of any variations in sales process viz a viz defined process and guidelines.
• Conduct performance evaluation and incentive calculations for sales team members based on daily activity data.
• Ensure a high performance sale team through active and continuous monitoring of individual sales activities and sales results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2-4 years of experience in sales administration or process management role
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Salary: Rs 1.8L ~ Rs 3.0L per annum
