Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track Target Vs. Achievements for regions, Sales teams & Sales representative.
  • Analyse & facilitate target Vs. Achievements for existing channel partners, onboarding with Sales leaders.
  • Conduct & facilitate channel partners reviews with Sales team to motivate them & report their current performance with the gap analysis in order to achieve any ongoing promotional schemes.
  • Analyse & facilitate product wise team wise Sales.
  • Analyse & facilitate recovery of aging outstanding with credit control team& sales team.
  • Analyse track & report sales force daily activity flagging the representatives whose activity count is below the standard.
  • Track & analyse report periodically scheme target Vs. achievement to channel partner’s Sales team & marketing.
  • ROI Analysis on promotional activations to understand the impact on consistent & incremental pre -post promotional activations in all regions.
  • Renew newly onboarded Sales personnel till their confirmation for perform against expectation setting coordinate with them ,report any major lapses to sort ensure productivity.
  • Weekly/Monthly review Customer feedback positive or negative facilitate its action’s if any.
  • As per review feedback with Sales force recommend Sales App /power BI track implementations with IT Team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction or chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
