Roles: 1. To generate and process payroll 2. To prepare and maintain Shop and CLRA act registers 3. To audit Vendor compliance documents on monthly basis. 4. To prepare PF & ESI Statement and generate upload file on monthly basis 5. To support PF & ESI and other employee related claim support 6. To co-ordinate with PF, ESI and other labour dept relating to DSC submission & approval, login details etc.. 7. To calculate gratuity, bonus and other statutory payments. 8. To support employee benefit activities. Desired Profile: Min 3 to 5 yrs of experience in multiple diversified business veriticals in the statutory compliances, in Liasioning with PF & ESI Office for employee related benefits, Strong analytical skills are required and adept problem solving abilities. - To handle PF & ESI office co-ordination and submission of PF & ESI related documents. - To support payroll related activities and PF & ESI new Joinees registration in the portal. - Vendor compliance documents audit and documentation - To prepare and maintain compliance documents for Site & Office related shop act & CLRA act registers.
