Safety Supervisor

Job Summary As a Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Your role will involve developing safety procedures, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Implement and maintain safety programs to prevent injuries and accidents Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, and inspections Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve processes Qualifications Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations Experience in occupational health and safety practices Proficiency in report writing for incident documentation Certification in CPR, First Aid, or willingness to obtain Familiarity with Workers Compensation laws and procedures Strong understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles Ability to develop and implement effective safety training programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
