Role Overview We're seeking a graduate engineer to manage guest and staff safety, fire/emergency protocols, and drive conservation efforts like energy, water, and waste reduction. Key Responsibilities 1. Safety - Implement fire, health, and emergency safety protocols - Conduct drills and ensure regulatory compliance - Manage incident reporting and response 2. Conservation - Monitor energy, water, and fuel usage - Oversee waste segregation and recycling - Recommend green practices across departments Team Coordination 3. Train staff on safety and eco-awareness - Collaborate with engineering, housekeeping, F&B, and government bodies - Perks: On-site accommodation + meals - Type: Full-time | Reports to: Resort Manager
