RTO Executive

Job Summary:

The RTO Executive is responsible for handling all activities related to vehicle registration, tax payments, and coordination with the Regional Transport Office (RTO). This includes documentation, form submissions, and ensuring timely registration of sold vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify all necessary documents for vehicle registration from customers.
• Coordinate with RTO agents and officials to ensure timely registration of new vehicles.
• Fill and submit online and offline RTO forms (Form 20, 21, 22, etc.).
• Manage road tax and registration fee payments.
• Track the status of registration and update customers and internal teams accordingly.
• Handle number plate and smart card issuance and delivery.
• Maintain proper records of all RTO-related transactions and documents.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory RTO requirements.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in RTO processes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in RTO handling at a dealership is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of RTO forms and procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage paperwork and follow up with government officials.
• Basic computer knowledge (for data entry and online RTO portal usage).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
