Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) specializing in Home Loan products, your main role will involve leading a team to convert Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, resulting in successful loan disbursals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications in Gurgaon. Your key responsibilities will include: - Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of Home Loan sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs. - Lead Conversion: Oversee the conversion of leads into field appointments, ensuring a smooth transition for team members and clients. - End-to-End Management: Supervise the process of converting leads into loan disbursals while ensuring compliance with regulations. - Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs to streamline loan processing. - Sales Strategy: Develop effective strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coaching to improve productivity. - Market Research: Identify growth opportunities, assess competitor activity, and stay updated on industry trends. - Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights. Job Role Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations with a sales management background. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Home Loan sales professionals for high performance. - Client Interaction: Support team members in meeting loan applicants and guiding them through the application process. - Sales Forecasting: Collaborate on sales targets and strategies with senior management. - Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations with sales management expertise. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in financial data analysis and loan document interpretation. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the Home Loan and Mortgage industry. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.,
