Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for affordable housing loans.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Assess customer eligibility and guide them through the loan application process.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan disbursement and documentation.
Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall growth of the housing loan portfolio.
Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; experience in housing finance or banking preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
