Collaborate with IT teams to enhance digital tools for business process efficiency. 5. Training & Change Management Lead training programs on business excellence tools and methodologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Manage change management processes for implementing new business strategies. Strong knowledge of IVD industry regulations and standards. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with CRM, ERP, and data visualization tools (Power BI etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
