Role Description

Position: RFQ / Quotation Executive – Laboratory Equipment and Supplies

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RFQ / Quotation Executive to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, sourcing prices from suppliers, and preparing accurate, professional quotations for laboratory equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review customer RFQs via email or CRM
• Source pricing and availability from local and international suppliers
• Prepare and send accurate, well-formatted quotations
• Track pending quotes, follow up with suppliers, and update customers
• Maintain a product and pricing database for quick reference
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency and timely responses
• Assist in vendor negotiation and identifying better pricing sources

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in quotation preparation, RFQ management, or technical sales support
• Prior experience in laboratory/scientific equipment or consumables is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email handling (Zoho or other ERP experience is a bonus)
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-focused
• Able to manage tasks independently in a fully remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field
