Job Role : Salesforce Developer Job Location : India (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and optimize back-end systems for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and AWS Connect . Design, build, and maintain APIs, microservices, and server-side logic to integrate Service Cloud Voice with AWS services and other enterprise applications. Develop and maintain databases , ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance optimization. Implement security best practices , including authentication, authorization, and encryption, to safeguard sensitive data. Troubleshoot and debug complex back-end issues related to telephony, call routing, real-time analytics, and integrations . Work closely with front-end developers to integrate UI components with back-end services , ensuring seamless user experiences. Optimize system performance and scalability , leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and API Gateway . Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure provisioning. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and AWS technologies , best practices, and industry trends. Document technical specifications, workflows, and system architecture to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Back-End Developer , working with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and AWS Connect . Strong programming skills in Node.js, Java, Python, or Apex for developing scalable back-end services. Experience with Salesforce API integrations , including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs . Deep understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, IAM, and CloudFormation . Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning with SQL and NoSQL databases . Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Git). Experience with real-time data processing, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed cloud environments. Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and security best practices for authentication and authorization. Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices. Strong communication skills , ability to work in cross-functional teams, and fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): Salesforce Platform Developer I & II or Service Cloud Consultant Certification . Experience with AWS AI/ML services for speech analytics and sentiment analysis . Familiarity with Amazon Lex and Amazon Polly for advanced voice automation.
