Job Description

As a Retention Support Executive at Let Secure Insurance Company, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance customer relationships in order to prevent policy cancellations and promote policy renewals. By proactively communicating with existing policyholders, addressing their concerns, and offering tailored solutions, you will ensure their satisfaction and continued business with the company.
