We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail fashion store. If you are under 30, have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail management, and are passionate about the fashion industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing and on-brand store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, handling customer inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve operational excellence.
