Retail Sales Associate

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies. Additionally, you will drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to meet or exceed sales goals. It will be essential for you to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered in the store, including new arrivals and promotions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized by assisting with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory. Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, processing returns and exchanges following company policies, will also be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with other team members is key to achieving store goals and maintaining a positive work environment. Your dedication to delivering excellent customer service at all times will contribute to ensuring customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will consist of morning shifts, and proficiency in English is required. Day shift availability is also required, and the work location is in person.
