Hiring Java Developer for big MNC -prefered Telecom Domain- 6+ years of experience for Bangalore

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database components. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support various front-end applications. Knowledge on cloud infrastructure and deployments like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Take ownership of project deliveries, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with Clients, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Demonstrated expertise in ReactJS for building modern, responsive user interfaces. Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) for backend development. Experience with PostgreSQL or Similar DB for database design, optimization, and management. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. Nice to Have: Experience with AI and machine learning techniques. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
