Reservation Executive

As a Reservation Executive to our client, you will be expected to uphold the same values and maintain the quality of work at any juncture.  

A day at your work will include,

• Managing reservation requests  

• Handling booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations 

• Ensuring proper documentation and communication of all reservations, customer interactions, and transactions. 

• Resolving any booking-related problems and addressing customer concerns. 

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations. 

• Staying updated on the latest market trends, industry updates and company policies. 

To fulfill the above you must have,

• A graduation in any field of study.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  

• Problem solving skills to analyze situations and resolve with minimum guidance. 

• High attention to detail as accuracy is vital in this role. 

• Time management and ability to work within tight deadlines. 

• Familiarity with computers or Mac systems.  

• Ability to build a rapport with customers, suppliers, and team members. 

• A talent in negotiation skills and gift of the gab is preferred, confidence is key.

• Prior experience in a similar role or any CRM system would be beneficial (not mandatory).
