Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, current account, and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
