Job Description

We are seeking proactive and performance-driven Relationship Managers to source Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market activities and direct sourcing . The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the local real estate market and a proven track record in retail lending. Job Title: Relationship Manager Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) Department: Retail Assets Secured Loans Reporting to: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head Work Locations: Mumbra | Kausa | Mira Bhayandar | Mira Road | Kalyan | Thane | Ambernath | Kurla | Vashi (Please mention your preferred location when applying) Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through open market activities , direct contacts, referrals, and cold calling. Actively generate leads by visiting builders, real estate agents, housing societies, and corporate offices. Create awareness of loan products through field activities, market visits, and participation in property events or loan melas. Understand customer financial profiles and recommend suitable loan products (HL/LAP). Collect and verify customer documentation; coordinate with credit and operations teams for quick turnaround. Follow up with customers throughout the loan lifecycle to ensure closure, service satisfaction, and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursement. Keep up to date with local market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
