Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring post-sale support, specifically in the domain of low-rise independent builder floors. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills to build trust and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable project options accordingly.
• Coordinate with the sales, site, and back-office teams to ensure smooth execution from inquiry to possession.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, assist in property visits, and close deals.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, deals, and feedback.
• Ensure timely documentation, payment collection, and coordination for registration and possession.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, site events, and customer engagement activities.
• Continuously monitor the real estate market trends and competitor offerings in the builder floor segment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a reputed builder dealing in low-rise independent floors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting formats.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Any degree or related field.Local market knowledge (Delhi-NCR/Gurgaon/Noida regions) will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
