Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in deal structuring, credit solutions, and portfolio growth. Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our financial products and services.
Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.
Assess client creditworthiness and risk factors to ensure successful deal execution.
Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in mid corporate sales or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit solutions, and portfolio growth strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop insights to enhance client portfolios.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on achieving budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, and term loans.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
