Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the mid corporate sector, identifying prospects and converting them into valuable business relationships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the Mid Corporate segment and Channel Partners.

Understand clients'' financial goals, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector.

Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals that meet their needs.

Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, portfolio growth, and compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Strong understanding of creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
