Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Health Agency at Magma General Insurance Limited located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with health agencies, driving sales, managing client portfolios, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship management and client portfolio management
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with general insurance products and market trends
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings
