Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Identify prospects, evaluate creditworthiness, and create relationships with customers.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, CAS/DSAs, and corporate clients.
Understand clients'' financial goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their needs.
Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Job
Strong relationship management skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Experience in deal structuring, portfolio growth, and financial analysis.
Ability to ensure compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its trends.
