Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.

Assess clients'' creditworthiness and risk factors on an ongoing basis.

Focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.

Achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Develop insights to enhance client portfolios.

Job

Strong knowledge of credit solutions, financial analysis, and portfolio growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in relationship management and customer service.

Familiarity with financial products and services, including working capital facilities and term loans.

A graduate degree is required for this position.
