Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Identify prospects, evaluate creditworthiness, and create relationships with customers.

Maintain and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients in the Emerging Corporate segment.

Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.

Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Develop insights to enhance client portfolios and achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.

Job

Strong relationship with partners/CAS/DSAs to enable a consistent deal pipeline.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to prepare and present proposals to clients and internally to all stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients on an ongoing basis.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and services.

Ensure strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies.

Additional Info
The selected candidate will be required to work at Videocon Towers - M1 - M3*.
