Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to clients. The role involves daily interactions with clients, addressing their banking needs, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling client inquiries, conducting regular reviews of client portfolios, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction.
