Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client needs, providing tailored loan solutions, and guiding clients through the loan application process. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, processing loan applications, addressing client queries, and collaborating with the financial team to ensure client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also manage documentation, compliance, and follow up on loan disbursal and repayments.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Client relationship management and customer service experience
Understanding of financial products, loan processes, and risk assessment
Proficiency in using financial software and customer management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
